
Ingredients
4 slices | cured salmon |
1,5 dl | crème fraiche |
2 tbs | chopped chives |
2 tbs | chopped dill |
2 tbs | lemon juice |
sea salt | |
black pepper |
Directions
- Mix crème fraiche, chopped dill, chives and lemon juice.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place cured salmon on the crisp and top with the sauce.
- Garnish with the dill, chives and finely grated lemon peel.
